It looks like a mixture of Spanish, Welsh and Czech, but it is -

Guaraní!

Ok. The challenge is to guess not only the language, but also the dialect in which the poem is written. Wink

Il pur suveran

Quei ei miu grep, quei ei miu crap,
Cheu tschentel jeu miu pei;
Artau hai jeu vus da miu bab,
Sai a negin marschei.

Quei ei miu prau, quei miu clavau,
Quei miu regress e dretg;
Sai a negin perquei d'engrau,
Jeu sun cheu mez il retg.

Quei mes affons, miu agen saung,
Da miu car Diu schenghetg;
Nutreschel els cun agen paun,
Els dorman sut miu tetg.

O libra libra paupradad,
Artada da mes vegls;
Defender vi cun tafradad
Sco poppa da mes egls!

Gie libers sundel jeu naschius,
Ruasseivel vi durmir,
E libers sundel si carschius,
E libers vi murir!

You're right, it's Guaraní  Coffee Grin

Your language looks like a mix of German with Italian, French and Dutch.  Tumbleweed

You're on the right track; except for the Dutch part - but where that language is spoken, nearly all dialects sound a bit like Dutch for the non-initiated... Coffee Grin
