Great website guys! I've proposed a WikiVocab project on Meta-Wiki, and it looks like this is the closest wiki there is to achieving my dream project/database!

http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WikiVocab

I'm wondering if it's possible to blend all of these websites together to make a big unified database on the world's languages.

Also, a good way to promote this site is to add links to this website on Wiktionary and Wikipedia.

I think it could definitely be possible, but are you sure that a wiki format is the most flexible? Would it not be better to hard code the interface with a powerful database like MySQL behind it so that you can perform queries to find the words you wanted. I think this could be useful to filter out the particular words you want, while also using it to compare an infinite combination of languages which with a wiki would have to be done by opening both pages and flicking between them.

If you are not aware, we have already started this section which provides a bit of a starting point I would like to think.
