input methods

I was thinking that with the continuing use of computers in language study and communication, it would be a good idea if, along with info about the languages themselves, we provided info about various input methods one could use to input various languages with different scripts and accents and the like from any computer. I think there should be explanations about how to input things such as unicode, at the very least on the wiki itself... also, if there are any online input editors like the one for manchu that phaed knows about, or things that will allow you to input things like roumaji and output japanese text, or even things like cangjie where you can input chinese characters based on their shape... I know there is at least one online input editor for that... The question would be, should they have their own separate section, or be language specific, and if they are, then should they be included as a subsection on the writing/alphabets, etc. section of the specific language, or have a separate list for them?
