I think it would be a good idea to list famous polyglots and celebrities who speak many languages. We could list actors, presidents, conlangers, popes, and other people by the languages they speak and their level of proficiency. We could also have a column called "evidence", being proof that the peorson really speaks the languages (video, recording, letter, etc.)

I think that is a very good idea! Im always curious to see if any celebs speak another language. I think Sandra Bullock speaks german (not 100 percent sure) and I think that wiliam shanter speaks french.

But please specify that the list is only for celebrities who speak a non-native language that is not English, since just A HUGE amount of politicians, and actors speak it.

Oh I agree! Of course we're not interested in bilinguals who speak English as their second language. That's boring. We'll list trilinguals and more.

Although he is already dead, I would love to have Peter Ustinov added to such a list. I've listened to interviews with him in French, English and German, and I am sure that he knew some other languages as well...
