This thread is about your favorite writing systems. The poll's question is about the kind of writing system you like best. Naturally, one might assume that your favorite writing systems will lie within those kinds, but that's not always necessarily the case.
Here are some examples of each:
Alphabetic:
Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, Hangeul, Armenian, Georgian
Abjad:
Arabic, Hebrew, Phoenician, Syriac
Abugida:
Devanagari, Gujarati, Punjabi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Thai, Khmer
Syllabary:
Japanese Kana, Cree, Inuktitut, Yi
Logographic:
Chinese 漢字, Egyptian hieroglyphs, Hieratic
Pictographic:
not very common, possibly some types of cuneiform, cave drawings, mathematical symbols
Anyway, after choosing up to two types in the poll, you should write what your favorite specific writing systems are and if you'd like, your reasons why...
For me:
漢字, egyptian hieroglyphs, hieratic, demotic, coptic, greek, khmer, burmese, mongolian/manchu, phoenician, runes
kanji because I think it's a beautiful work of art that's been handed down over the generations and takes a lot of dedication and practice to really get it down
egyptian scripts because egyptian is just so damn awesome

I've always kinda liked the greek script, it looks neat
khmer because it looks like a fascinating way of writing
burmese cuz it looks like a bunch of circles
mongolian/manchu because it's vertical and it looks gorgeous
phoenician because it looks neat and it's the origin of all modern western scripts
runes because they look neat and they were used to write the germanic languages
